Me and Yitzchak Rabin
I'm being a good citizen and following the law that we're supposed to remember Yitzchak Rabin. So read my story.
Yes, of course there's a story about this. When I was in my second year at Stern College, (actually it was my final year, since I dropped out), Yitzchak Rabin paid a visit to YU to speak to the entire student body, that is YU and Stern. As you can tell from the picture, I was an "usher." The Yeshiva University Student Newspaper, THE COMMENTATOR, had a cover story about the event. The picture, probably by the same photographer as this one, was similar. The only difference was that you could see Rabin, far in the background. The big topic of discussion afterwards was how obvious he was about "eyeing" the Stern College student who introduced him on stage.
Aren't you glad I have a new scanner?
